Go By Truck Redesign

I worked with this freelance client to develop the architecture, user experience, user journeys, customer stories, user interface, and front-end development for their logistics SAAS and mobile application. I was then tasked with architecting and redesigning the brand site. Using design thinking and a human-centered approach, my process consisted of whiteboards, broken down into individual features and components, user research, user personas and stories, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, final build and launch, and testing. I modified the design system developed for their SAAS application across this site for brand consistency.
